Construction Detour Alert – Lauzon Parkway
Effective April 7, 2025 – End of July 2025

Please be advised that construction has begun on Lauzon Parkway Northbound, affecting direct access to our plaza.

Southbound traffic (from Tecumseh rd) still has direct access to the plaza.

Northbound traffic (from E.C. Row) must follow this detour:

  1. Turn left onto Quality Way

  2. Follow the bend around the Ford Plant to Essex Way

  3. Turn right to merge onto Essex Way

  4. Follow the bend and turn left onto Kew Road

  5. Turn right onto Cantalone

  6. Our plaza entrance will be on your left
